I have gotten conflicting prices on several websites, some saying a few bucks others as high as 40, is there something I am missing? I know there is some scratches, it was mailed in an envelope, no padding, wasn't very happy with the seller.
Stainless steel, mintage 90 million coins. In absolute highest MS condition and slabbed, maybe $40. In the condition shown, I'd say maybe $2-3. I've seen many of this type in world coin dealer "junk bins".
