Help with this Ancient Chinese

    Greetings. This ancient Chinese paper money looks worn, but all letters can be clearly read. It seems most of the characters had been drawn or written by hand.     It is a Xinjiang (Sinkiang) Provincial Government Finance Department Treasury Note with a denomination of "5 Tael" issued in Kashgar in 1932.

    Please see the "5 taels" note at the bottom left of this page.
