Help with this Ancient Chinese

Greetings. This ancient Chinese paper money looks worn, but all letters can be clearly read. It seems most of the characters had been drawn or written by hand. Please help me identify date and denomination. Any value ?. Thanks.. Charles

One thing I can say: it certainly is not ancient.

 

Could someone guess the Dynasty and century of issue? Thanks a lot.

It is a Xinjiang (Sinkiang) Provincial Government Finance Department Treasury Note with a denomination of "5 Tael" issued in Kashgar in 1932.

Please see the "5 taels" note at the bottom left of this page.
