Hi everyone. Just got from the FUN Show in Orlando, Fl and just wanted too take a moment to let all my fellow collectors on here know that Don Garrett who goes by riverguy on here passed away sometime last week. Don was to fly from Boise into Orlando last Tuesday for the show and I could not get in contact with him. I drove from my home town of Tampa over to Orlando to meet Don and check in for the show and still no contact. I became worried then because Don had over the last year and a half some serious health issues. Late Wednesday evening I received an email from Don'[s sister letting me know that she had just been informed of his passing. Don was a coin mentor and a friend to me. Don was a Navy veteran. Don, I will miss you my friend, thank you for all you did for your country. I salute you Sir.
Joe, It saddens me to hear of the loss of Riverguy. He was a good mentor to many CT members. My condolences to his family and friends. As a fellow veteran it saddens me to see the great old timers go as they were the ones that fought for our freedoms and the way of life we all enjoy. May he rest in peace and enjoy his stay at the Fiddlers Green where all us veterans meet for a bit of piece and a nice cold drink to share our stories.
My condolences to Don and his family/friends. That is truly sad news. He has an amazing collection and was such a nice guy on the forums. I will certainly miss his posts. I hope somebody in his family will appreciate his fine collection.
Lance, that 26 should have at least been a 65 from where I see it! Sent from my BNTV600 using Tapatalk
I'm not sure what you are asking but all 6 of these are WAM or wide AM I'm guessing not 1998,1999,or 2000. If this helps any.
