1970 S Small Date "Level 7"

    Is this Lincoln a 1970 S Small Date "Level 7"? The top of the 7 seems inline with the 0 (disregard the black spot above the 0) and 9 more so than other 1970 Lincolns I've compared it to. Also, the 7 seems smaller and the arms of the T and Y in LIBERTY seem stunted. Maybe I'm just getting my hopes up. Anywho, what's y'all's opinions?

    ou will be better served to understand that the "Level 7" is NOT what you should be looking for as you'll simply go crazy!

    What you need to look for FIRST, is the weak IBERTY. This is eye visible.
    Then look at the 9 in the date. If the inside loop points toward the mintmark, its a Large Date. If the inside loop points toward the 7 in the date, its a Small Date.
