This is an 1894 O dime my dad had collected. I was told the 1903 o half I posted in another thread had been cleaned. I hope that is not the case here but it is very shiny and does have a couple of scratches on the front, I think. I would be interested in your opinions about it (grade, whether cleaned and value, etc).
Yes I'll agree definitely harshly cleaned and also scratched if only it was an 1894-s I'd take that in any condition
