    Detecto, good for you!

You will have better luck sending your complaint to the New York Attorney General's Office:
    http://www.ag.ny.gov/sites/default/files/pdfs/complaints/piu001_complaint_form.pdf

or the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office:
    http://www.attorneygeneral.gov/complaints.aspx?id=451#

as the Franklin Mint has offices in both of those states. Companies WILL take an investigation from the Attorney General's Office seriously.

I'm all for making the buying process more comfortable and wish you success
But I'll still keep a jar of Vaseline handy....just in case.

Well...........it's been 16 business days since you sent your letter Detecto and I see that FCM still has these two items up for sale on their Web Site.

Has your attorney already filed your legal action or will that occur later today?

    Wow.

26 business days and FCM has not budged! Perhaps your attorney wasn't convincing enough?

    OR

Maybe their attorney's haven't received your intent to sue papers?

Whats the Status of this Action Detecto?

Nah, those guys gotta be shaking in their boots (over this impending legal action) and are just putting on a business as usual front to save face......
