Secret Code for PCGS $5 Re-holder

Anyone know what it is? Still waiting on a reply from PCGS so I expect I can get an aswer here quicker.

Their site says

but entering the data into the form online results in the old ($12) price.

I've got a dozen or so Morgans and some others that need a re-slab and this would really save some money.

I read on another forum that it will/should take place after the Long Beach show. Hopefully this is correct.
