1957 Lincoln cent DD and Lamination Error?

    Is this a doubled die on this 1957 Cent? and is that a lamination issue on Lincoln head?
    The arrow is not pointing to the die break in the 5 its pointing to what looks like a notch
    on the 5.

    I think the coin has just been damaged significantly that it resembles a split in the date, so I don't think it's a doubled die. Can't really comment on the forehead.
