I found these wheat cents today and was wondering is it normal for 1935 Cent
to be bronze in color? and is that 1930-D a semi key date?

Your pictures lost their color so I cannot tell about the 35. The 30-D is definitely not a semi-key or even close.

    1909 - 1942 Variety I LWC were bronze.

There were 40,100,000 LWC struck in 1930 at Denver, so the 1930-D is not a semi-key date.
