2013 p nickel error

I found this in change today, not sure what to call this error, as I'm not a "pro" coin collector. It seems to be a bit of metal coming off the base of the building just above the u in united states. I tried the pen test. Just wondering what it is.

I'll say, nice sized die chip.

 

This is in the area we usually see a thin die crack, but this is much larger. I agree with the "die chip" analysis.
