German (silver) Thaler Coin Books

    Davenport put out the series on Thaler coins that used to be the standard, (or at least a series frequently referenced). You might start there.

    My German coin bible is the Standard Catalog of German Coins (1501-Present), 3rd Edition by Krause Publications. Should have nearly every Thaler you are searching for. Pictures are black and white (you can find better quality sometimes on NGC world price guides), but very thorough.

    thanks for replies. I ordered the cuhaj book since I already have most of them. found one for $12.99 on ebay.
