The Richmond note maybe in the $175 - $225 range. Depends on how it looks in hand. The other two are damaged or defaced. Perhaps $40 - $45 for the twenty star and $125 - 135 for the $100 note. To me personally, they have no added value. Sell them on eBay however, and anything can happen.
The '28A $100 would have been a decent note, but the writing really hurts it. Hard to cover the fees on eBay with notes like these (with the exception of the '81* $50). You would have to start the note at $120 and then hope to get bids, to make any money.
