How do you store RAW coins?

    Come on guy. You know I know what to store a coin in. I truly thought you were just giving me a hard time. If not, my apologies, it just seems that as of late, CT members nit-pick and try to find something, ANYTHING to put a spotlight on that "proves" or "justifies" a poster's knowledge or the others lack of. I thought due to the OPs acknowledgement of PVC damage we all knew that PVC is an automatic no-no.

    what is that item in your avatar. i have been wondering that for months. i think you used to have two of the same thing, right?

    I have six I believe. It is chieng money from the medieval Lanna kingdom in northern Thailand. Its a three dimensional piece, this is just a pic of its side with Lanna writing. Its from Chiend Sen, one of the two most common mints for these. Best way to describe without other pics is two of these side by side forming a kind of saddle. It weighs four baht, or two ounces.

    I used acetone to remove PVC from the coins and it works! Thank you all for your help and tips.
