I'm sticking to my initial opinion of 40. Nice looking coin, but I don't see what I would need to give it the 45. For the recent poster saying 35, I suggest you look at grading standards for Barber quarter dollar and half dollar coins. The minimum for an XF is a full LIBERTY, full band line under the LIBERTY, and full seperation of the top wing on the reverse. This coin exhibits all of that. Not that it's a huge price difference, it's an XF coin detail wise.
