Amanda's FUN Recap!

Hello, all!

I finally had the time to finish up my own little version of the FUN show recap (click)! Better late than never, right?

I was fortunate enough to meet a total of 5 Coin Talkers -- not bad at all for the first major show since I've joined CT! It was a pleasure, I look forward to meeting many more of you in the future!

You know I've never heard of Shelly either...

I guess it just comes from living in Portland!

 

The beloved Ms. Shelley is a third generation coin dealer who grew up in the industry ... it turns out more often than not I don't even have to drop her last name (after all, there's only one Shelley!) and most dealers know her immediately.

I'll know I've made it in numismatics when I'm just "Amanda" -- no last name needed!

 

Ahhh... Cool, maybe if she came to the PNNA fall show I'll see her.

But that's not likely.

 

We actually tried to go last year but ended up on the wait list. Maybe this year we'll get lucky and snag a table!

 

All right fellas, pull in your tongues before someone trips on one, and clean up the slobber while you're at it.

Sheesh! They need to get out more

 

Well you can always try for the spring show in Tacoma, I've heard it's pretty good.
