As issued. They all have nearly identical cracks! (This is worth the infraction we will inevitably receive)
Just felt in a silly mood.....its been fun tonight, but I reckon a few of us may get a smack on the bottom and sent to our rooms tonight!!
Yes it is.......!! and to be honest, whilst the humour has been a little 'adult' tonight, we kind of know when enough is enough, so we sort of self police ourselves. If a senior member tells us off, we respect them enough to take it on the chin.
Nice work too JA, nice work...... Why do I picture us all now walking off to the sweat box like Steve Mcqueen in the Great escape??.....be back in 2 weeks.......
I always liked the comment that those ignorant of history are d.....d to repeat it. It seems some here have forgotten how some of us came to Coin Talk so we could include in our number certain people we valued that were no longer welcome at the other place. I realize also that some of us still participate actively at the other place. I would prefer hot to have to figure out what to do with my free time when some of our number are no longer welcome here. Could we, perhaps, talk about coins?
Alas, Steve, it wasn't you this time (whew). But it has been lighthearted making coin collecting much less academic and much more fun. Now back to coins. BTW, I went off the wagon tonight for the first time in nearly 4 months. Now I'm all shaky and nervous.
I will post "them" once I get "them" in hand. The sellers images are not very good. They are not pristine coins, but they are interesting.
That's awesome jw, today i'm on my way to the Boeing Coin Show, i have a truck load of coin cases and a pocket full of cash, only 80 or so tables, but there will be Ancients there. I'll bring back a full report tonight, So you have a great day...
Well I forgot to post my pics until YOC started a thread mentioning his photo trouble, so here they are. Unfortunately, I can't get very good pics, oh well (note to self, buy better camera). I have to say, I prefer the sellers photos.
