Georgia state quarter large obverse die crack/large reverse rim notch

    Here are photos of a quarter i found with what looks like a large break along the bottom edge of bust starting just left of the designer initials. On the reverse is a large notch in the rim below "pluribus" that seems machine made with some deterioration follow upward on the west side of the reverse rim. What's up with this?
