Estate Doctor listed this "Nice 1OZ Platinum Token" Item number: 170068995233 Some unfortunate paid $710.00 for this but if you look carefully it says "5 Mil" meaning it is plated!
At least he has it listed as a token. what can you say. That is one of the worse looking thing I have ever seen.
Here's a link. Some uneducated paid $710... not condoning EstateDoctor in anyway, would love to see her shut down. Using the title 1oz Platinum Token is a flat out lie and a scam deserving of prosecution as fraud. However, on the other hand, anyone who is prepared to pay hundreds of dollars on a coin, token or anything for that matter should have some understanding of what it is that they are buying. It states very clearly in the picture 5 mil, which I understand some may not realize that means plated, but if you're looking to buy Platinum bullion, I should expect that you've purchased silver or gold or at least looked at enough to know that all 1oz bullion states 1 Troy Ounce plainly. Also, to believe that you could get an $1150 piece of platinum for $700 is ridiculous. Education, reason and caution are the keys to avoiding a scam and this buyer exercised none of them. A fool and his money... I would have more sympathy if it were a counterfeit of an actual coin, but this is too obvious. I don't mean to sound... well... mean, but this could and should have been avoided very easily. I do feel sorry for the buyer. They are in for a very costly lesson.
