Can someone identify this Silver coin with Arabic script??

Can someone please help me Identify this Silver coin with Arabic script on it. I was thinking it could be some coin from the Ottoman Turk from the late 1800s to early 1900s. Please do let me know.

I read the date as 1367, which translates to 1947. That rules out the Ottomans, and it's not Egyptian. On the other side I see the number 74, but I don't know what it refers to. What's strange is the date is on the top, and it's usually on the bottom of coins like this.
