Well, what were you expecting? It is my newest acquisition, as a type coin. Love the toning--probably dipped and retoned. NGC AU 50.

Can't say it'd upgrade me type set wise but is a beauty!! Don't have an 1833 either nice coin!

You can never go wrong with bust halves. Great pieces.

 

I have some nice photos of busts, you know, being from New Orleans and all, but I'll put up this one instead. PCGS MS-62 PL.

 

My type set coin for that design is an 1807 Large Stars, 50/20 in PCGS VF-30.
It's a better date/attribute but not nearly the grade.
And I believe the NGC Registry Set goes by grade.
So I'd get more points for your 1833.

 

very very sweet all of them nicest so far is probably my 33 or the 17 (small nick on face but otherwise xf+)
