After making a fool of myself here regularly, I have been trying to be a good boy and not post any claims to a doubled die until comparing it to all the known DDO's for that mint, and date. This 1972S clearly has doubling but it doesn't match any known one that I can find. The closest one is WDDO-13 but the die scratches and doubling all push to the center of the coin on this specimen.. Also the motto is not the same as the master die doubling of that year. It is such a clean specimen. I'd like to match it?
