It is actually 5 pages of discussion. I can invite you through Ebay so you can read everything, but would need your Ebay ID.

Here is what Estate Doctor said in an Email to the moderator:

Email Body: from: estatedoctor to: CoinForgeryeBay I WANT THE GROUP MEMBERS PUT ON NOTICE THAT AS A MEMBER I FEEL VIOLATED BY THE FALSE ACCUSATIONS AGAINST ME. THE GROUP LEADER AND MODERATERS ARE OUT OF CONTROL AND HAVE BECOME I VIGILANTE LYNCH MOB.I JOIN THE GROUP TO LEARN BUT INSTEAD I FEEL THREATENED. I WILL BEGIN TO REPORT ALL POSTS THAT MENTION MY USER NAME OR MY ITEM NUMBERS.PLEASE REFRAIN FROM POSTING MY NAME. IF NEEDED ANY MEMEBER MY CONTACT ME AT 912-272-4973.THANKS,IRVIN CLARK ESTATEDOCTOR"

    This is his post:
IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED THAT YOU CEASE AND DESIST ANY FURTHER ACTIVITIES THAT ATTACK OR DISPARAGE MY NAME.The facts show that, without just cause, you have committed offensive acts, to which you may be found to be liable in a court of law.

The facts accumulated establish immutable facts that, without just cause, you have been discourteous to me (personally), you have committed able acts of libel that can or will be proven in a court of law, and you may be facing a case of libel.Very soon, you may find yourself being handed a subpoena to appear in Superior Court, by a Process Server LICENSED to conduct service of process in your state, and service could occur at your home, or workplace, or other locations you frequent.

I like some of those posts... very informative! Seems he has (edit) off a LOT of poeple in the past... and for some reasons, he has even managed to get Negs removed!
    Here is one:

Well, hi there, Jim (aka estatedoctor aka pjd1966 aka some other NARU'd eBay identities)! Nice to cross trails with you again. Please give my love to your charming wife Pam. I hope the weather in Savannah, Georgia is nice this time of year. It's a mild winter up here near your old home in Auburn, NY - you know, the place you left so quickly in 1994 where your auction business used to be? I presume they finally let you off probation after you spent that little stretch in jail for... well, you know.

Nice deal you got going down there in Savannah what with all those neat coppers that keep being found in the area and all those hoards of 18th and 19th century coins you keep finding in estates. And nice cover you've made out of Dr. Irvin R. Clark, a respected Professor and now Asst VP For Student Affairs at Savannah State U. He's probably so busy with his job that he's never noticed and maybe doesn't care you're using his name. Oh, you might want to spiff up some of those images of yours showing fingers holding coins: Dr. Clark happens to be African-American and those are definitely white fingers.
    etc etc.. goes on...

    So identity theft too?

    Threatening Reply from eBay seller

I don't know how many of you received the threating message of a lawsuit if the person who calls himself "estatdoctor" gets anymore bad feedback through this site. I just finished sending an email to ebay for his conduct towards other ebay members. Nobody threatens me because I give advise. If asked a question I will reply if I feel I have any input. If he is worried about his good name then he can change it. He has no leg to stand on as long as he hides behind a nickname. It is misleading people when it sounds as thogh you are some kind of well known auctioneer. No one with a decent reputation would hide his transactions like he does. I'll wait and see what ebay does.

    Estate Doctor is Gone

Its official. Ebay removed EstateDoctors registered status. Hopefully he will be prosecuted rather than pop up again. IT is a real shame all the counterfit coinss he managed to squeeze out.

Maybe you might want to use one of those phone numbers to let them know you were instrumental in catching those crooks and you would like to be reinstated, now.

Maybe Ebay took a close looked at some of things the estate doctor had listed after all those concerned complaints. The last one I saw was the one they had listed as a platinum token. The bid was over $700 bucks. Even if that listing stated it was a "token" and maybe was not illegal, It was have taken a true dog to take that kind of money for that ugly trinket.

Zane it took a lot of coconuts to do what you did. Many people are much better off becouse of your efforts and those in this forum. Or should i say for now.
