1983 D Lincoln Cent Doubled Die???

    Hey everyone . I have a question if this is a typical standard 1983 D Lincoln Cent Reverse and Obverse?? Please help grade and leave any feedback.

    Hard for me to tell between the lighting and pic's, but, looks more like SD to me.
