[ancients] Oops... Happy Belated Birthday, Theodosius I the Great!!!

    Happy Belated Birthday, Theodosius I the Great, last emperor of the undivided Roman Empire!

    Lived : 11 January 347 - 17 January 395
    Reigned : 19 January 379 - 17 January 395

    While I'm sorry I missed Theodosius's birthday by a day, I'm not that sorry since he did make us miss 1500 years of Olympic Games after he banned them in 393 AD. The old spoilsport was also responsible for putting out the sacred fire at the Temple of Vesta as well as disbanding the Vestal Virgins.

    I only have one Theodosius coin, a scrappy AE4 from a mystery mixed lot purchased soon after I started collecting. I hope some of you have nicer ones that you can tag on.

    You are correct. I just looked back on my notes and see the quotation "Traded to VK". Sorry about that. Not a bad looking coin at all.
