    No value on the 1983 unfortunately. Quite common. =/ And I am unsure as to what I am looking for in your 1969-S. Could you point out what you see?

    This happens to me all the time here. I post something and it posts it multiple times. I can see I'm not the only one as it did the same thing to Phoenix.
