Wasn't trying to get you, just glad your cert matches your coin. I was a tad worried you got ripped off when I saw you got an ms61 $5 for that price. It was almost too good to be true. Then when I saw the date and cert didn't match I figured I better post. Beautiful coin!

    It's a $2.5 1/4 Eagle... but the $5 1/2 Eagle is on the shopping list :)

micbraun - if you have trouble finding decent deals on ebay then try Heritage. What you paid, is their normal price range for the coin you bought.

Misunderstanding. I have never claimed it was a bargain, someone thought it was the price for a $5 I guess, but it is the $2.5 coin.

The grade appears to be VF, but $355 for an incuse Half Eagle is a "steal". JMHO
