A surprise addition to the $50 bustie set...

made an offer on this back around the 1st, didn't sell and was relisted as same price (71), today the seller accepted my offer if I was still interested with regret I started writing a reply that my "budget" was bust for the month when my woman took one look over my shoulder at it and said "go ahead".

looks great for $50. For pure knowledge, would that scratch next to the 7 keep it from grading?
