Is there anything special in a Kennedy or Franklin half dollar I should be aware of error wise or specialty....I am posting one of the best I have found of the Kennedys and the years of the Franklins . Curious of worth ..or if they warrant grading any of them .

none have the lines the years are as follows:
    '50 no mark
    '51 D and no mark
    '52 D
    '53 D
    '54 D and no mark
    '57 D
    '58 D
    '59 D
    '60 D
    '61 D

If any of those are known to carry more worth that just silver worth I can upload detailed picture of coin in question for better idea of grade and worth.

About the Kennedy I don't see a lot on them being worth grading unless there is something I missed , all those are pretty regular condition nothing great so I assume those are silver value also ...

    dsmith23 Gotta get 'em all

I'd look into getting a redbook, for the information, not the price guide.

The Cherrypickers' Guide to Rare Varieties of United States Coins comes in two volumes. Volume I has the Half Cents to Jefferson Nickels and Volume II has the Half Dimes to Modern Dollars plus Gold Coins, Commemoratives and Bullion. Both of which are essential if you are looking for rare die varieties.
