No, I gotta admit, I have no idea what you're trying to show...on this pennie. I do notice that the D and E of "dei" have horizontal scrape marks across them, PMD of some kind.
I see what you are talking about. What appears to be letting of some sort that got minted over. Best guess it that is got smashed against another coin. I'm sure one of the other members might have a better idea.
Looks like a very minor lamination zone cutting across the top of the obverse. Nothing really of value, in fact, this sort of thing detracts from the grade in mint state strikes.
