Until I checked Craigslist. I kept seeing people say they saw deals on craigslist so I looked up my city and man the photos were 10 times worse than ebay. No way would I want to try and deal with anyone when the risk probably doesn't outweigh the reward since I can't even see what I would be getting.
Bad photos can mean a bargain if you got a good eye and willing to take a risk. I like bad photo auctions.
Civil War Token. In the seller's defense, he did post some close-up shots, but that one really made me scratch my head.
One problem with the dimwits on CraigsList, they try to post photos taken with a phone. Usually they aren't even right side up.
I love the sellers who provide 8,000 photos...of only one side of the coin, just slightly tilted in a different direction and rotated a little bit in each photo. Oh yeah, and they're all out of focus. I keep wondering, "What exactly are you trying to show here..."
