No, not at all. And be very careful and very afraid. A lot of what they do is, IMO, downright deceptive and unethical. Most of the stuff is way overpriced, and they try to make you think they're some official government agency with the way they advertise.
JTF, IMO, you are being very wise to come here and ask questions before you start spending money. Like Ziggy said, stay away from outfits like the one in question. Those aren't even real coins. Why not seek out a coin dealer who has an excellent reputation, so you can be pretty much assured of getting a genuine coin, that you won't have to worry about?
I collect coins, certain Exonumia, and some paper money. Novelty items are of no interst to me. JMO, but I could take that $34.45 and buy a nice piece dating back to the 1700's. Heck, even back to ancient times. Does this make sense to anyone besides myself?

I saw an add on TV for a 9/11 silver dollar coins for $19.95, for a short period then the release price is $49.95, didn't make sense to me.Thanks for the tips and help, its now deleted off my coin favorites folder.
These private mints can be very deceptive in their marketing attempts. Most try to confuse potential buyers with official sounding names or coins resembling real coins. They prey on newcomers to the hobby. The US Mint is creates LEGAL tender coins only.
