    Yes, placement is everything and so is placement of the flat spot on the opposite side.

    Hmmm? ... the fact that my coin has the countermark on the reverse seems like a bit of a rarity, eh?

    Eh... I mean yes. I've seen both but more on obverse.

    I believe that is a rudder rather than an anchor.
