1865 3 cent attached to two tokens

    These tow tokens are attached to a 1865 3 cent coin.
    The two tokens are blank on the back.
    Any one have an idea who the guy is?

    Good guess, but I checked and he is always pictured with shorter hair and a little differently. My first guess was George McClellan, who ran for president against Lincoln, but not him either.
