Does anyone know what this is? There are no English letters or numbers so I can't Google what type of coin or token this is.

It's Thai

 

Its a 50 Satang = Half Baht from Thailand.

 

Yep, Thailand. And that 50 satang design was used ... some time in the 1950s, I think.

Thailand has like a billion different designs. That's my problem with them. I still have one that I can't figure out what it is.
If you google how to convert Thai dates you should be able to find something to help you find the exact date.

 

1950, There was no date change, some strikes stayed the same date over a 30 year period no matter what year they were produced.
Minimal value.
