To my eyes the coin appears to have more overall Ch VGish details, but is damaged and therefore is, or should be, a problem coin. Value-wise all depends on how or where you sell. I really cannot speak for how much someone may pay on ebay, but if you were to take this into a dealer, you would likely be looking at a generic melt offer. Likewise, if this coin were offered to you, pricing should be based on the same but with the common dollar and/or dealer's premium charged. However, and even with the smallish photos, it looks as if your coin may be an O/S. While not worth a great deal in this condition, if correct, this very well may add some value and/or desirability to the coin. It does appear this is a O over S as there is a angled line through the O just like pictured in your example.
