I really need to think of shorter titles. But for now! Just as the title says, I was able to crack open my safe with a paper clip and some pressure on the handle. I have been missing the key for roughly 4-5 years after we moved, so I was able to access some coins that I forgot about/had hidden away. :) Alas, no roll of 1916-D Mercs that my grandma put in there for me, but I am happy to see some old coins that are a blast from my past. Some seem to have accumulated more value. ^.- (Again, nothing significant)

Here is the total of what I have found so far:

1913 set of circulated coins that include:

1913-S Barber Half Dollar in what I would say G-4 condition (worth what...$15-$20 maybe?)

1913-D Barber Quarter in G-6 to VG-8 approximate (still working on my grading on these... Any idea of value? $5-$10?)

1913 Barber dime in Vg-8 (Reverse looks like a Fine possibly, but the obverse seems too worn to go past VG, if that)

    1913 Buffalo AG

1913 Wheat (for my rolls of teen cents)

Two ounces of silver that were given to me on various occasions by my mother's now deceased best friend who passed from oat-cell cancer. Two pieces I won't ever part with.

    Cents:

    1907 Indian (VF)
    1913-D Fine
    1927-S - Sexy VF-30
    1928-S Cracked planchet
    1930 Cracked Planchet
    1930 in MS Brown
1937-D with gorgeous toning - Gem (just glows)
1940-D with beautiful toning - Gem
1941-D with beautiful toning - Gem

1942 UNC Wheat with weird camo toning and the start of what I believe to be corrosion
1947 S/S AU with beautiful luster - unidentified
    1947-S/S RPM #5
1950-S Wheat Cent - Unidentified RPM
1953 Wheat Cent I found that appears to have filled in stalks in places... Unsure what to think of it
1954-D UNC R/B minor rim clip error
    1954-D/D AU-58 RPM #1
1955-S RPM - GEM BU unidentified
1959-D/D/D Gem BU RPM#5 (my first RPM <3)

    1960-D/D RPM #2
    1960-D/D RPM #7
    1960-D/D RPM #21
1989 with clashed dies (memorial is visible on the front)

One roll of San Francisco mint wheats

    Nickels:

    2x Undated buffalos
    1937 Buffalo in Fine-Very Fine
    1942-P Silver War nickel

    Dimes:

    1914-? Cleaned
    Quarters:

    Quarters:
1999 Pennsylvania Quarter that appears to have the rim of another coin imprinted on the collar of this quarter (will get pics)
    Minnesota State Quarter DDR #20
    Minnesota proof silver quarter

    Ancients:

    Widows Mite
Constantine I believe with soldier on reverse dragging prisoner by hair (two in poorer condition and another in VF-XF)

    I think I made out alright :)

The thrill of the hunt. Nothing like finding an old hoard whether yours or a recent purchase.

Smaller fire safe (roughly 3 feet tall, 2-3 feet wide) that has an electronic lock and a key-lock. The batteries died in it and I neglected to use change them...then we lost my key in the move so the coins have been sitting in there since I had to quit coin collecting.

Which, interestingly enough cannot be broken into with a paper clip; perhaps by switching locks, their safes would be safe and their thermostats (or the one I had anyway) would be easily accessible.
