Has anyone had any luck finding the new $1000 aluminum coins? I like the updated design, although the copper nickel ones were definitely better. It's too bad they cost too much to mint.

2063: All people in China have started collecting foreign coins. CBH's have increased so much in value that I just need to sell one coin to be able to quit my job. I won't be retired by then because people can't afford to retire anymore. Except they have collected CBH's in earlier years
In 2063, cointalk has evolved into a virtual world. Only the ones with bitcoins left in their acccounts can roam in this wonderland, and they skulk for easy victims. Eventually, the last survivor prevails and assumes everthing. Initially, she rejoices in the glory of her victories but there is no one left to listen to her diatribe. She wallows endlessly in a sea of nothingness. Meanwhile, the live ones have a giant party with lots of beer and wiskey. A road trip follows that leads them to Vegas to view an MS70 nickel and dime from 2009. At the event, they vote to keep the virtual maiden alive and wallowing in eternity.
Chinese counterfeits of the 1990 Russian Ballerina coin have been discovered by TPGs. Authenticators noted that instead of a ballerina twinkling across the floor, the obverse instead shows Popcorn Sutton doing his famous Thump-Keg Waltz. They also noted submitted examples were struck in drywall instead of palladium.

in the year 2063 coins and coin collecting will be just as boring as it is now, probably even more boring. the same can be said about stamp collecting, sportscards, currency collecting, ect. and the same can be said about hobbies in general. yawn, snore, boring. even some of the finer details of coin collecting are boring, such as the times that most ebay coin auctions end at, has anybody else noticed that most auctions all end at the same damn time? 9:00 pm. just another example of how everbody thinks alike, talks alike, and acts alike, boring! never wandering outside of those same store bought, generic, thought patterns. this episode of the twilight zone sounds a lot like most people in todays world. boring clones.

I also assumed it was odd humor, but since you say it was not humor, it was deleted.
