I think you should open the 2x2, and then photograph the coin so there won't be any glare. Then we can give an opinion of grade, and possible value.
Almost uncirculated Minor notices of wear on the hairlines of Roosevelt, and on the leaves near the torch on the reverse. <--- In my opinion of course. Shouldn't be worth too much over melt.
It is indeed a beautiful coin. I am quite certain I detect some wear, but it could be lighting/the pictures provided. If it is not wear, I wouldn't put her higher than MS-64, and definitely isn't Full-bands. As far as value, I stick by what I said earlier. I would say $2-$4. Nice dime.
Even in high grades it is not going to be worth much more than melt. For example I purchased a 1946 Roosevelt Dime graded 66 by NGC for ten dollars and showed it to a coin dealer and said he would pay 2 dollars for it.
