Advice from another well respected dealer Irishcollector. Just pointing personalities out since you are new here. Actually I respect the opinions of everyone who has posted here for you. I would say all of them are knowledgable, well respected members, (myself excluded )
The price is good if it is real - IF. However, that S looks to be in the wrong position to me. Here is a link to a picture (and other info) to help identify real/fakes S VDB's. There are only 4 positions the S can be in. This looks like none of tehm to me. http://www.cointalk.com/threads/how-to-tell-if-your-1909-s-v-d-b-is-real.78043/
Why are you puzzled? You are attempting to buy perhaps the most widely counterfeited US coin of all time and you can't tell the diagnostics for yourself and thus are relying on unknown, largely anonymous internet users. This is a recipe for disaster. Buy one already certified.
My advise, listen to Tom B.... he knows his stuff. If he tells me to pass, I don't give it a second thought.
Tom B hopefully seller can get it graded if it passes it will be a good buy at 200 euros and me payin for grading if not least i didn't take a shot in the dark and miss.Sound for all the advice lads good thing i found this site and get very good advice, Spot on lads will let ye know how things go!

Problem coin in more ways than one. That S is not in the right place for her, corrosion is a set off from the beginning and many other suspect issues. Stay away and try again.
