To never find a rare coin or find one that is a complete mess?

Sometimes i find a 1992p/d cents that is such a wreck, im afraid to turn it over.

    That's what makes them rare....

What fun would it be if a SLQ was in every roll that you searched? I imagine that it would be the same as finding a wheat cent. Sure it's fun, but nothing to write home about.

The 1992 "Close AM" reverse variety for Philly and Denver, which have sold for many thousands of dollars in the past.

As to the original question, I would definitely be happier finding a rare coin that was a complete mess than not finding one at all. I'd much rather find some rare 1792 colonial coin, all corroded in the ground than not find one at all... :D

Forget it. ;) You replied to a spam post which is now gone. From now on, if you come across something like that, just click the "Report" link at the bottom of the odd/offensive/annoying post, type "huh?" (or whatever you want to tell the admins), and submit the report ...
