What would you 2 say if I said It looks like this coin was damaged Then plated I only say this because with my glass Thats what it looks like I have taken lots of pics But none will show what I see Is this even possible

It is possible that there was a planchet flaw, and at the high points, the strike pressure would be fairly weak and show the flaw after striking. This effect is very common on larger coins like Like dollars and early coins that show adjustment marks.
