I got a set in the mail the other day from one of my subscriptions and the Mint included the free shipping. That was a nice, unexpected surprise.
Sure would like to sign up, but it wont let me finish the subscription process in Chrome or Firefox.....whhhaaaassssup with that?
Still not working. It lets me sign-up for the Mint site, and I can navigate all the way until I am on the specific product page, but when i click 'subscribe' it just reloads the same page and nothing ever happens. I checked my account to see if it was just appearing under My Subscriptions, but no go. I guess thats about par for the mints course, though. Ill just call customer service after the first of the year i guess. Im just trying to sign up for the silver proof sets. I dont want a repeat of 2012 when I couldve bought from the mint and saved a bunch of money (2012 sets are pricey on the aftermarket right now, some sort of shortage).
Shoot Trey, I just went in there and updated a few subscription items and had nary a problem and my default browser is Chrome.
I guess the government just doesnt want my money............ tried again and still no-go....maybe my profile is still too new or something
It actually wouldnt surprise me if im on a DHS watch-list somewhere with my 'radical' political thinking and disdain for our awesome government.
Well heck.....aren't we all? NSA has had a field day of late......not to take this thread political. Hush ken, hush......
This is the page you need to be on to set up subscriptions. http://catalog.usmint.gov/webapp/wc...storeId=10001&catalogId=10001&identifier=SUBS
Still nothing. This time I used my tablet and still not working for me. Just keeps reloading whatever page im on when I hit the subscribe button. Think ill just have to call them. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I467 using Tapatalk
"SUBSCRIPTIONS" get added to your cart friend. You have to go through the ordering process in order for the subscriptions to be processed. In other words, the subscriptions you signed up for are in your Shopping Cart. Now, you need to go in to your "shopping cart" and eliminate the extra one's you've accumulated and then submit the order for the one's you do want. It's done this way because a credit card MUST be associated with each subscription as subscriptions are processed in the background and are shipped when the order can be filled.
Watch out if you do this now - it looks like they'll sign you up for the 2013 version too. You may already have those...
