    Are the two new bills of the $ 100 which were first presented to the public has collectors value added ? And Are they supposed to give a nice premium ?

    They are not "supposed" to do anything.
    They might command a premium, but then, they might not.
    Can you afford to sit on a C note waiting for the possibility of a premium?

    Well, it is also a star note. If your not hurting for cash, I would keep it. I got one from the bank myself and added it to my star note book. So I think it would be worth saving.

    On collecting bills :)I collect only new 100$ bills and for the first two bills which were presented in public I was happy to pay a nice premium!:)
