well, the auction closed, but note:

The date closeup may (possibly, could be, might be) not the same as the coin offered.
Look at the strength of the repunch to the left of the 1.
no evidence of it or to the left of any digit, except possibly the 4, in the enhanced view of the original date.

 

the small dent on the top of the 4 is in both images so I do believe it is the same coin
