Mystery coin? Help please

    Hey guys iv found this coin in my box. Here is a picture. The date is 1732 and i believe it is a french coin. Any ideas post here and a price would be good =)

    That's not a coin.That is a piece of Reader's Digest rubbish,as it isn't even gold,let alone brass.

    When did Reader's Digest give these out?
    I don't remember foreign coins as a promotion from them.

    I saw 2 pieces of this type. One chromed, one brass. Price was $ 0.25 each.

    Readers Digest used a couple of these as a promotional gimmick sometime in the 1980's I think.The other one was a gold plated Austrian ducat or whatever.They're fairly worthless althought I like to think maybe it started a few people on the path to coin collecting.
