Thanks for the link and comments. The colors of the rainbow in various arrangements and combinations are cool looking for sure. The rusty spots on my coin not so much Also, in a couple of my pictures, the reflection of my fingers and camera kind of give some "color" to the coins appearnce which I hope is not being mistaken for toning. The coin in hand appears practically brand new (bright silver, mirror finish) except for the rust spots. Again, thanks for comments to help me learn.
Ya know BD, there was a time when I would cringe and run from such coins but the fellows here have convinced me otherwise. Blast white was my credo but reality and album toning makes one re-think their position. Toning, like death, is an eventuality. Why not embrace it?
