That looks like a small curved clip in the first one? In the second one, I think I've seen clearer pictures of the Loch Ness Monster. Small clip, small premium, if any, to a die-hard error collector. Best I can say on these pics.
I'm not a die-hard error collector but I could see a dime for it. Maybe a quarter. Your grade based on these pics is somewhere around F (Fine).
