What walked into my friends shop

Well , well hell..lol

Okay guys I was at my friend mikes shop my friend Mike shop , he owns the liquor store and we were sitting here talking for a bit and a guy walks in , older man in his 50-60s and asked me if I knew about coins...I know enough about metals . I look at them and said Wow these are nice you're so nice. As I began to inspect them I was a mate gitty & truly amazed at the cleverness, this very little scratched and there's no tone and I thought it was cleaned and look very fresh and the first thing I said Something fishy something's wrong. They really nice to the point but because of Intellegence they were just something little too beautiful about the whole thing... first thing I said to my self let me run the old rare earth over it.. if its silver.. id buy it...just for sheer weight

Warning if its too good to be true its prolly fake ....

If your coin has any magnetic qualities its fake as crap...

So it was magnetic. (?) Then what happened? He look dumbfounded or more like a rat in a trap? Also, he just happened to have those in the liquor store looking to sell for $1450? Or trade for a case of beer? What happened next? I'm amused

 

What... I do all my coin shopping in a liquor store. Doesn't everybody?

 

He was lookin to hopefully find a sucker. I said take this b.s. and get out. .. after he told me a long bs story about how he got them from some job he just did...
I said take them back to where ever you found them get your money back they faker then a 2 dollor hxxx... you got robbed more or less .. he asked me if I knew about coin I said I was a metallurgist and that's silver is non magnetic

Yeah, I do too. The problem is that everything looks like a double die. I take 'em home and the next morning they're just road kill ugly. Oh well, time for another drink.

Glad to see I'm not the only one who buys coins drunk lol they still look better in the morning than some of the women I've found lol as far as these silver dollars I could tell they were wrong the second I saw them there's not enough booze in the world for me to buy them for any price not even if I was drinking jäger bombs!!

 

But they're pure silver I just got the earlier today yeah I just did a job in the lady gave me the coins

Just because they aren't magnetic, doesn't mean they're silver. Most of the fakes being pumped out of China now are made of "white metal." Non magnetic junk to throw off people who only use the magnet technique to detect fakes.

 

Can you fake something that was never made?
