Sweet. I'm only missing four of the walkers including this one. I'm thinking that it is an F-12. What are your thoughts. It seems quite problem free so I'm guessing that it would be on the high end of F-12.
A common problem when doing Macro imaging of coins is the auto focus in many devices focuses on the plastic rather than on the coin 100th of an inch behind the plastic. Although it is transparent to human eyes plastic some auto focus devices use ultra sonics which 'sees' the plastic.
I will say this - I would add them to my album in a heart beat(I can PM you my address ). I think they are nice looking.
Good choice. For years I preferred NGC (where I'm member), and then I like them both equally, and now I lean PCGS, lol. I just assumed NGC for the star grade.
Here's a 1951-d I purchased . It seems that that date"1951-d" rings a bell in my head for some reason because I now own 3 nice ones. Here's a 1938-d/d I picked up on e-Bay for the buy it now price of $11....I bought it because it's a VERY nice gem and seems to be very close to blemish free with great luster. But the real deal is, it's a d/d and for the BIN price I paid, well you know. If ya gonna list a d/d as just a 38-d for $11.00 I will oblige you... Here's a nicely toned proof Jeff....
Made my own lot out of a huge bag of scrap 90% coins at a local auction would have not paid as much per coin but didn't need to buy $42 extra dollars face of stuff I don't care about pulled this out of there
And a whole lot of stuff that's a bit better than scrap which will soon be posted in another thread here on ct
