I was 1 for 4 in my bids (lost out on the medival gold) but I picked up this nice Napoleon, my first.

So far I won the coin I really wanted. 1682-PS, Austria (Salzburg) Taler. Struck to commemorate the 1100th year of the Bishopric. PCGS MS64. Eliasberg provenance.

And I picked up a 1709-22 Italy (Venice) Ducato described as "lightly toned AU, essentially a mint state coin with typically softly struck center details. Very scarce grade for this issue." This one sold stupid cheap.

And while the Heritage auction is over, there are still the CNG, Gemini, & Stacks auctions left, so hopefully my additions to my collection aren't over yet. :)

    French gold 40 Francs.

Silvereagle82,that is a very nice gold 40 Francs you have got there.I don't like the plastic slab though.I can guess that Doug will be green with envy.
